About the Role
As a Receptionist (m/f/d), you are the most important business card of our company, acting as a communicative hub that represents us to clients and service providers and shapes our external image.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist employees, clients, and suppliers, coordinating their needs and escorting them to event rooms or their contacts.
- Manage the telephone switchboard, including answering calls, forwarding them, and taking messages.
- Provide general information to employees and visitors, assisting with tasks such as taxi calls, umbrella rentals, luggage/cloakroom services, and parking space reservations.
- Report security incidents via the ticket system, operate the emergency call center, and monitor the reception area for any unusual activity.
- Manage the display of brochures, magazines, and company information, as well as handle urgent document shipments/deliveries and lost property.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the hotel industry, a commercial profession, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in reception or service is desirable.
- Good to very good user knowledge of MS Office tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
- Independent, responsible, and structured way of working, even during hectic periods.
- Organizational talent and the ability to prioritize a variety of tasks by importance.
- Flexibility, strong team spirit, good manners, communication skills, and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Excellent German language skills (written and spoken).
