About the Role
Design and deliver accessible, customer-centred digital content and solutions to improve user experiences and support effective communication. Contribute to organizational priorities and service outcomes through evidence-based, user-centred design practices within the NSW Procurement, Capability and Governance Group.
Responsibilities
- Designing and delivering accessible and customer-centred digital content and solutions.

- Utilizing evidence-based and user-centred design practices.
Requirements
- Experience creating customer-centred digital content using content management systems and digital tools.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, accessible, Plain English.
- Knowledge of web accessibility, usability and user-centred design principles.
- Experience using analytics, research and customer insights to improve digital content and user experiences.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
- An up-to-date resume detailing knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Completion of pre-screening questions.
- Participation in a behavioural based interview and additional assessments if shortlisted.
- Must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident of Australia.
- Must undergo background checks and provide confirmation of tertiary academic qualifications before commencement.
