About the Role

Design and deliver accessible, customer-centred digital content and solutions to improve user experiences and support effective communication. Contribute to organizational priorities and service outcomes through evidence-based, user-centred design practices within the NSW Procurement, Capability and Governance Group.

Requirements

  • Experience creating customer-centred digital content using content management systems and digital tools.

  • Knowledge of web accessibility, usability and user-centred design principles.
  • Experience using analytics, research and customer insights to improve digital content and user experiences.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities.
  • An up-to-date resume detailing knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Completion of pre-screening questions.
  • Participation in a behavioural based interview and additional assessments if shortlisted.
  • Must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident of Australia.
  • Must undergo background checks and provide confirmation of tertiary academic qualifications before commencement.
