Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team committed to delivering personalized customer service.

• Recruit, mentor, and develop future leaders while creating a positive, accountable environment where success is recognized and celebrated.
• Drive sales performance, profitability, and key business outcomes through strong leadership, sound business and financial acumen, and a relentless focus on results.
• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory, administration, rostering, and loss prevention, using strong planning, organizational, and time management skills to deliver consistently high standards.

Requirements

• Proven track record managing a retail store and consistently delivering strong commercial results.
