About the Role

Join a supportive HR Shared Services team where accuracy, care, and great service matter. This role supports the administration of recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle changes through Dayforce, contributing to a collaborative Human Resources team and providing timely, accurate, and friendly support.

Responsibilities

  • Support Recruitment Specialists throughout the hiring process to deliver a positive candidate experience.
  • Track the completion of new hire compliance and ongoing employee compliance activities using Zipline.
  • Prepare offer letters using Dayforce.
  • Review and process employee lifecycle changes.
  • Respond to general HR enquiries through the HR inbox and direct contact, providing first-level guidance to employees and people leaders.
  • Assist the broader HR team with probation reviews, performance reviews, terminations, learning activities and general HR matters.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience working within a recruitment or human resources team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships internally and externally.
  • Strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • High attention to detail with structured, process-driven thinking.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple processes at the same time.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
