Responsibilities
- Manage projects from planning through completion, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Deliver services that exceed client expectations by leveraging expertise in CRE, design, and construction.
- Oversee all aspects of project management and construction management.
- Manage site progress, quality, and safety.
- Facilitate meetings and coordinate between owners, designers, and contractors.
- Manage vendors, including designers, general contractors, and specialty contractors.
- Control budgets, timelines, and schedules.
- Manage progress of applications and liaison with relevant government authorities.
- Conduct final inspections and manage handover processes.
Requirements
- Practical knowledge and experience in construction, interior, and equipment, including technology, procurement, cost, and management.
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in construction management or site management.
- Experience in construction management or construction supervision at a general contractor, subcontractor, or architectural firm.
- Other practical experience that contributes to project management.
- Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Salary/Compensations
- Project Manager: ¥4,080,000 - ¥8,000,000
- Manager and above: ¥8,000,000 - ¥14,000,000
- Includes ¥63,908 - ¥125,300 for 30 hours of estimated overtime.
- Includes ¥22,382 - ¥39,169 for 20 hours of late-night overtime for managers.
