About the Role
Design and embed delivery tooling and ways of working that enable scalable, efficient and outcome-driven delivery across ASX. The role is responsible for rolling out enterprise tooling and embedding new delivery practices in partnership with business teams and specialist consultants.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration and evolution of delivery tooling and ways of working aligned to the ASX Delivery Framework (ADF) Transformation program.
- Assess existing Atlassian suite usage (JIRA, Confluence) and ways of working across ASX, capture user feedback, and identify opportunities to extend usage.
- Drive enterprise adoption of Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence) to support delivery processes and provide portfolio oversight and planning.
- Champion collaborative work on enterprise delivery tooling across ASX.
- Define and embed ADF ways of working and tooling based controls, ensuring alignment with the ADF and practical adoption by teams.
- Enable delivery processes efficiency leveraging tooling and AI.
- Partner with delivery teams, EPMO and the delivery community to support tooling and controls adoption.
- Engage stakeholders across ASX to build understanding, commitment and buy‑in to new tooling and ways of working.
- Collaborate across all streams of the ADF transformation.
- Continuously improve ADF tooling, controls and practices using feedback, adoption insights and delivery outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with the ADF Transformation Team.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of controls, processes, practices and outcomes within EE.
- Contribute to a collaborative EE culture by role‑modelling ASX values and actively breaking down silos.
- Collaborate and work closely with the EPMO team to evolve, implement and embed the transformation.
- Work across teams and divisions to share knowledge, resolve issues and improve end‑to‑end enterprise outcomes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members and/or practitioners.
- Prepare high‑quality Executive and governance papers, briefings and updates.
- Engage with Enterprise Customer & Operations and cross‑divisional peers to support delivery, coordination and execution outcomes.
- Undertake other activities reasonably required to support the effective operation of the EE function.
Requirements
- Relevant certification or training in Agile delivery, tooling implementation or change management (or equivalent experience).
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills supporting adoption and change.
- Experience delivering enterprise tooling or delivery practice rollouts at scale.
- In-depth understanding of the Atlassian suite (JIRA, JPD, Goals, Confluence) and hands‑on experience with Atlassian tooling, particularly JIRA.
- Experience working with external consulting or delivery partners.
- Experience implementing Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks.
- Experience with ways of working with continuous delivery and persistent teams.
- Experience with Atlassian Strategy Collection
- Experience with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools
- Background in large, complex or regulated organisations.
- Candidates must be legally authorised to work in Australia on a permanent basis without any restrictions.
