About the Role
Join our Group Insurance business as an Administration Consultant and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to policyholders, advisers, and customers. You will help ensure group insurance plans are administered accurately and efficiently, supporting positive customer outcomes while building trusted relationships. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement, contributing to smarter ways of working and strengthening customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily banking activities and premium allocation processes accurately and within required timeframes.
- Manage and monitor the team inbox, ensuring enquiries are actioned, allocated, or escalated appropriately.
- Provide data and information to support claims and underwriting requests.
- Complete data entry and record maintenance activities with a high level of accuracy.
- Assist with general administrative tasks to support the broader team.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather and provide information as required.
Requirements
- Experience in insurance, financial services, administration, or a similar customer-focused environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders
- Demonstrated customer service experience and a solutions-focused mindset
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including the ability to work confidently with Excel
