About the Role

Partner with Global-e to manage client integration processes, ensuring successful project implementation from contract closure to launch. Serve as the primary project liaison, overseeing delivery, client relationships, timelines, releases, and services. Represent client interests within Global-e and Global-e to the client, working independently under general guidelines for routine tasks and escalations.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects using knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to meet requirements.
• Ensure complete accountability for planning, commitments, and on-time delivery of Global-e solutions.
• Act as the primary customer-facing point of contact, responsible for customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate, synchronize, and track progress across cross-company teams including Development, Product, Infrastructure, and Integrations.
• Communicate project progress to customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a project manager.
• Close to native Japanese language proficiency (written and verbal).
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Experience managing external customers is mandatory.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including motivating, serving, coaching, and inspiring teams.
• Ability to understand technical concepts; a technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and perform well under deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Capacity to independently manage and prioritize task assignments.
• Flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
• Experience working closely with remote teams.
