About the Role

Join APM and help deliver a seamless, secure, and high-performing digital workplace experience. This role focuses on the deployment, management, optimisation, and support of end-user devices, applications, and workplace technologies. You will be the subject matter expert for EUC services, designing and supporting modern desktop, mobility, virtual desktop, and application delivery environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the deployment, configuration, and management of desktops, laptops, and end-user devices.
  • Deliver applications, patches, updates, and software deployments across the organisation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex end-user computing issues.
  • Develop and implement end-user computing strategies and roadmaps.
  • Design and support EUC architectures to meet performance, security, scalability, and resilience requirements.
  • Manage and support technologies including VDI, DaaS, and application virtualisation solutions.
  • Monitor and optimise EUC environments to improve performance and user experience.
  • Apply best practices for capacity planning, resource allocation, and system maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and maintain security controls including multi-factor authentication, encryption, and access management.
  • Identify, prioritise, and remediate vulnerabilities within agreed service levels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve workplace technology services.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in End User Computing, Desktop Support, or IT Operations.
  • Strong experience supporting Windows, macOS, and mobile device platforms.
  • Experience with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Nerdio.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and identity management solutions.
  • Experience supporting application deployment and endpoint security initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
