About the Role
This role involves managing company databases and documentation for the group's companies, particularly in Germany, France, Poland, Great Britain, and Spain. Responsibilities
- Manage company database and documentation for all group companies, especially in Germany, France, Poland, Great Britain, and Spain.
- Steer the process for establishing new companies and coordinate all necessary actions, including contract finalization and registrations.
- Conduct beneficial owner checks (internal and external).
- Coordinate internal corporate governance matters, such as drafting shareholder and other board resolutions.
- Support the legal department with general legal inquiries.
Requirements
- Lawyer (fully qualified or with a degree in business law).
- Relevant experience in corporate housekeeping is helpful but not a prerequisite for hiring.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Openness to taking on the role in other jurisdictions.
