About the Role
As a Tax Advisor (m/f/d) in Business Process Solutions, you will provide high added value to clients in finance/accounting, controlling, HR payroll, and tax. You will support clients with specialized advice, contributing to sustainable decisions and the smooth operation of business processes.
Responsibilities
- Advise and support clients of various legal forms on tax issues related to income and earnings, as well as payroll taxes and social security.
- Contribute to the preparation of commercial annual financial statements, including review and reconciliation from IFRS.
- Utilize expertise in the preparation and review of VAT, trade tax, income tax, and corporate tax returns, tax balance sheets, and support tax audits.
- Prepare proposals for all team services, including bookkeeping, payroll accounting, and reporting.
Requirements
- Successfully completed tax advisor examination.
- Comprehensive knowledge of annual financial statement preparation, ideally including payroll tax and social security.
- Initial experience in leading employees.
- Knowledge of DATEV software, possibly ERP, and proficient use of MS Office.
- Strong hands-on mentality and very good communication and interaction skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Fluent in spoken and written German and English.
