About the Role
As a Consultant Digital Performance Management, you will advise clients on holistic corporate planning and control, contributing to sustainable process optimization and increased profitability. You will work with experts to develop diverse solutions for integrated sales, production, HR, and financial planning, preparing the foundation for simulations. You will utilize innovative tools and methods to design automated forecasts based on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. In agile projects, you will independently manage work packages and support proposal creation, business development, and marketing. You will progressively take on leadership responsibilities and communicate with the client's top management.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on holistic corporate planning and control
- Contribute to sustainable process optimization and increased profitability
- Develop diverse solutions for integrated sales, production, HR, and financial planning
- Prepare the foundation for simulations
- Design automated forecasts based on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
- Independently manage work packages in agile projects

Requirements
- University degree (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Information Technology), or equivalent
- Technical expertise in Controlling and/or other domains within and outside the finance function
- Practical experience (studies, training, or internships) in developing business solutions in Excel or with a modern cloud solution (e.g., Anaplan, Pigment, or similar tools)
- Affinity for numbers
- Proficient in MS Office
- Willingness to travel
- Very good written and spoken German and English
