About the Role

Lead strategic reform and programs that improve outcomes for women. This is a rare opportunity to lead Women NSW and shape the State’s agenda to improve outcomes for women across New South Wales. As Director, you will provide strategic leadership across policy reform, program delivery and whole-of-government initiatives, while serving as a trusted adviser to the Minister for Women and senior executives on complex and high-profile policy and program matters.

Responsibilities

Oversee the design and delivery of major policy, program and grants initiatives that address systemic issues and deliver measurable outcomes for women and communities.
Drive robust governance, performance and evaluation frameworks.
Ensure effective stewardship of significant investments.
Influence reform through strong partnerships across government, industry and the community sector.

Requirements

Experienced executive with policy, grants and stakeholder leadership expertise.
Demonstrated experience leading complex policy reform, translating evidence into strategic advice and driving whole-of-government initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes.
Extensive experience establishing governance frameworks and leading the delivery, monitoring and evaluation of significant programs, projects and grants.
Highly developed ability to provide trusted advice, communicate complex issues clearly and influence senior stakeholders across government, industry and community sectors.
Proven success building relationships, partnerships and networks to progress priorities and achieve outcomes in complex and interdependent environments.
