About the Role
The Regional IT Support Analyst will provide 1st and 2nd level support for computer hardware and software at the Wetherill Park facility, serving as a key point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support for computer and mobile device issues via face-to-face or remote channels
- Escalate complex issues to level 2/3 support teams or third-party vendors
- Provide video conferencing assistance and fault finding
- Provision new equipment and image systems using Bega standard operating environment
- Liaise with the procurement team to manage stock levels and replacement orders
Requirements
- Qualifications and/or certifications in IT
- Experience in an IT Specialist role providing infrastructure, hardware, and application support to multiple sites
- Right to live and work in Australia
- Ability to participate in a rotating on-call roster for remote support
- Ability to travel regularly to NSW sites and occasionally interstate
