About the Role
The Email Campaign & Web Coordinator, part of the TEG Ovation amp Creative & Content team, plans, produces, publishes, and optimizes organic direct marketing and website activity for TEG's key events and entertainment brands. This role involves delivering high-impact, data-driven communications to drive awareness, engagement, and ticket sales, blending strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end email campaign production from brief through to post-send reporting, building, testing and deploying HTML, plain text and drag-and-drop emails via Braze and Audience Republic.
- Execute website content updates focused on user experience and conversion.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, applying A/B testing and segmentation strategies to improve open rates, CTR and conversion.
- Collaborate with the Performance & Insights team to continually refine targeting and messaging.
- Partner closely with campaign teams and internal stakeholders to gather content, assets and approvals.
- Maintain the website CMS and EDM templates so they stay up to date and optimised.
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in a digital marketing or CRM role, ideally within entertainment, media or e-commerce.
- Hands-on experience using Braze, Audience Republic or an equivalent ESP.
- Confidence managing CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow.
- Strong attention to detail.
- An analytical mindset that can dissect briefs, interpret data and translate it into action.
- Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised.
- Genuinely passionate about arts, culture and entertainment.
