About the Role
Join our team to advise clients on international employee assignments within the Tax – Global Employer Services division. We support globally active companies in all relevant matters, contributing to their worldwide success.
Responsibilities
- Advise on employee assignments for globally operating companies, focusing on tax-related matters.
- Coordinate employee assignments, primarily focusing on outbound business and international corporations with German headquarters.
- Advise employees, HR, and Global Mobility departments, serving as a point of contact for individuals from management to the supervisory board.
- Identify necessary additional services such as social security or immigration.
- Manage correspondence and collaborate with international offices for optimal client advisory in German and English.
- Advise clients in international secondment contexts on compensation or simulation calculations, including reviews.
- Assume personnel responsibility and oversee assignments, including settlements (from Manager level upwards).
- Utilize modern AI tools to support daily tasks, identify new AI use cases, and explore potential for improving existing workflows.
Requirements
- Degree (university/university of applied sciences) in business administration, law, or a related field, or a qualified tax advisor (FH).
- Possession of or pursuit of a tax advisor examination.
- Experience in the taxation of internationally seconded employees.
- Client-oriented, systematic, and analytical-conceptual approach to work.
- Strong communication and interaction skills when dealing with people of different nationalities.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
