About the Role
Join our Tax – Global Employer Services team to advise clients on international employee assignments. We support globally active companies in all relevant matters, contributing to their worldwide success. Make a difference with us as a Senior Consultant Immigration.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional supervision of a team within the Inbound Immigration Team under the guidance of the responsible manager.
- Advise internationally active companies on complex German immigration matters in cooperation with the Deloitte Immigration network.
- Participate in client seminars and academic work.
- Optimize internal processes with colleagues.
- Manage key accounts under the guidance of a manager.
- Utilize modern AI tools to support daily tasks, identify new AI use cases, and unlock potential for improving existing workflows.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in immigration services.
- Experience in guiding and/or training new employees in immigration matters.
- Experience in coordinating immigration cases, lawyers, and colleagues.
- High customer orientation, service orientation, and commitment.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English.
