Responsibilities
- Provide trusted, respectful support to Elders helping them live safely and comfortably at home and in community.
- Assist with home help tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Assist clients with transportation and personal care, including appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting, and feeding.
- Build relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations with ongoing support and training.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and policies to ensure the safety of yourself and customers.
Requirements
- A compassionate, respectful, and reliable carer who brings empathy, cultural awareness and a willingness to learn.
- Holds a valid Australian driver’s licence.
- Has a reliable car.
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are encouraged to apply.
- Non-Aboriginal carers committed to culturally safe care are also welcome.
Location
- Liverpool and surrounding areas including - Holsworthy, Wattle Grove, Chipping Norton, Moorebank, Warwick Farm, Lurnea, Sadlier, Busby, Hinchinbrook, Casula, Prestons, Hoxton Park.
- Campbelltown and surrounding areas including - Glenfield, Macquarie Fields, Ingleburn, Minto, Eschol Park, Leumeah, Claymore, Ruse, Airds, Bradbury, Ambarvale, Rosemeadow.

- Earn between $32.61 to $36.59/hr + 12% super
- $0.92/km travel allowance
- Paid travel time
