About the Role

Join our Strategy, Risk & Transactions team to develop innovative solutions for complex regulatory challenges across various industries, with a specific focus on optimizing quality management in the Life Sciences sector.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in consulting projects focused on digital transformation within the Life Science sector.
  • Analyze and optimize Quality Management Systems (QMS) and associated processes.
  • Contribute to strategy development, project management, and change management for Life Science clients.
  • Support the selection and implementation of validated IT systems such as eQMS, DMS, and LMS.
  • Implement innovative digital solutions including Compliant Company AI.

Requirements

  • Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Medicine, or a related scientific discipline.
  • Interest in business administration.
  • Excellent academic record (Abitur).
  • Initial professional experience (internships or similar) in a Life Science company or startup within a regulated environment.
  • Knowledge of GxP, GMP, ISO 9001, ICH Q10, and 21 CFR standards.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
