About the Role
This role is an entry-level development opportunity within Adam Smith International's Professional Development Scheme (PDS). It offers graduates and emerging professionals a structured pathway to develop project management, business development, and consulting skills while working on major development programs across the Asia-Pacific region. High-performing participants may progress to Program Manager roles.
Responsibilities
- Support Program Managers in tracking and providing expenditure documentation for client billing.
- Establish and ensure completion of relevant trackers for record keeping and retrieval.
- Support program budget development and ongoing forecasting, including sourcing costs.
- Assist with work planning and task scheduling.
- Prepare Terms of Reference/job descriptions and contracts for new consultants.
- Undertake due diligence for new consultants, subcontractors, and other partners.
- Manage logistics such as booking hotels and flights for consultants, and organizing visas.
- Support the recruitment of associates and the preparation of associate and supplier contracts.
- Collaborate with global colleagues to strengthen the Asia Pacific presence in internal messaging, websites, and working groups.
- Produce communications materials detailing the company’s experience and capability in the Asia Pacific region.
