About the Role

Performs technical laboratory work in a scientific research laboratory. This is a grant-funded position, requiring compliance with funding requirements such as time and effort reporting, grant deliverables, and contract deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Performs technical laboratory work in a scientific research laboratory.
  • Compliance with funding requirements such as time and effort reporting, grant deliverables, and contract deliverables is required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field; or
  • Associate’s degree in a science-related field and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time laboratory experience; or
  • High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time laboratory experience.
  • Degrees must be conferred by an accredited school, college, or university, or by an institution recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and/or Health Research Incorporated as adhering to acceptable educational standards.
  • One year chemistry-focused laboratory experience.
  • Experience with MS Office (specifically Excel).
