About the Role

The White Moustache is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse attendee to organize, clean, and manage inventory for their Farmers Market program. This role is crucial for supporting multiple weekend Farmers Markets by maintaining inventory and point-of-sale materials.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain warehouse spaces, including storage areas, walk-in coolers, bathrooms, and work areas.
• Maintain a weekly schedule for cleaning and restocking essential supplies like coolers, ice packs, and linens.
• Assist with garbage collection and disposal to ensure a spotless work environment.
• Organize, clean, maintain, and repair market materials such as event kits, tents, tables, electronics, linens, signage, coolers, and point-of-sale materials.
• Assist with loading and unloading The White Moustache product line, including yogurt, labneh, tonics, and ice pops.
• Receive and manage load-in/load-out of materials for weekend Farmers Markets.
• Unload coolers, kits, and weights from vans post-market and store them appropriately.
• Allocate perishable and frozen items to freezers and walk-in coolers immediately.
• Take inventory of items and products to prepare for upcoming markets.
• Manage the preliminary inspection, cleaning, and processing of the jar/bottle recycling program.
• Maintain a weekly schedule for cleaning, processing, and packaging yogurt jars and tonic bottles.
• Build pallets and coordinate weekly pickups with the Office Manager.
• Organize and neatly store all materials in the warehouse, coolers, and work areas.
• Take inventory as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and logistics simultaneously with attention to detail and efficiency.
• Familiarity with cleaning products and safe handling of bleach.
• Experience with performing basic maintenance and minor repairs.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Experience with creating and updating Google Docs/Sheets.
• Basic/light computer work and email proficiency.
