- Partner with engineering to prioritize backlog items, refine requirements, and support sprint planning and delivery.
- Ensure platform capabilities align with enterprise scalability, security, and reliability standards.
- Collaborate with product teams across Caseware to identify shared capability needs and integration opportunities.
- Serve as the connector between engineering and vertical product teams, ensuring smooth delivery and adoption of platform services.
- Participate in technical design discussions, clarifying trade-offs and dependencies to keep execution on track.
- Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and release notes for shared platform capabilities.
- Monitor key platform metrics such as performance, reliability, and adoption, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Manage risks and dependencies across teams, ensuring deliverables are met with high quality.
- Support backlog prioritization, dependency tracking, and sprint reviews.
- Contribute to internal enablement assets such as templates, integration guides, and platform release documentation.
- Learn from and collaborate with senior and principal PMs to build platform product management expertise.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of product management or technical product ownership experience in SaaS or platform environments.
- Strong understanding of APIs, data integrations, events/notifications infrastructure and modern cloud-based architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into actionable product requirements and user value.
- Proven success partnering with engineering teams to deliver high-quality technical features.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with microservices, API management tools, or developer platforms.
- Exposure to data infrastructure, identity management, or observability systems.
- Experience working in AI-native product development environments where engineering, design, and product teams leverage agentic tools as force multipliers — comfortable driving platform product direction in fast, iterative cycles where discovery, shaping, and building happen concurrently.
