About the Role

Join the Retail Excellence team as a Retail Coach mentoring businesses across New South Wales. Partner with Boutique Leaders and Client Advisors to train on premium in-store experiences and clientelling, ensuring sales and service standards are upheld while developing Tiffany Brand Ambassadors.

Responsibilities

  • Support leadership teams in coaching Client Advisors through sales floor observation and feedback.
  • Coach performance by identifying store opportunities using observations, sales dashboards, and NPS scores.
  • Partner with leadership and HR to review store and individual KPI performance.
  • Deliver training programs on client services, sales techniques, product knowledge, and new starter onboarding.
  • Assess and review the impact of training to ensure concepts are embedded.
