About the Role
We are seeking a Zip Procurement Orchestration Administrator / Developer to design, configure, and engineer our Zip (Intake-to-Pay) procurement platform. This role is the technical owner responsible for building dynamic intake forms, engineering complex conditional approval workflows, and managing critical integrations with Oracle ERP and other supporting technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain conditional approval routing workflows.
- Build and optimize dynamic intake forms within Zip.
- Program conditional branching, validation rules, and custom logic triggers.
- Build, optimize, and troubleshoot integration pipelines linking Zip with Oracle ERP.
- Design and maintain REST/SOAP API calls, webhooks, and middleware scripts.
- Manage payload mapping, custom field syncing, and schema transformations.
- Oversee user provisioning, single sign-on (SSO), role-based access controls (RBAC), and approval delegation matrices.
- Test and validate integration endpoints and workflow logic.
- Serve as Tier 2/3 technical support for API payload errors, sync failures, or stalled workflow instances.
- Analyze workflow data to identify bottlenecks and improve system performance.
Requirements
- 2+ years of direct, hands-on experience configuring, administering, or building workflows within Zip.
- Proven track record building and maintaining integrations between orchestration platforms/middleware and Oracle ERP.
- Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and middleware tools.
- In-depth understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) workflows, chart of accounts (CoA) structures in Oracle, vendor onboarding rules, and financial audit trails.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Supply Chain/Finance, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex corporate procurement policies into low-code/no-code workflows and robust API connections.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical execution with non-technical stakeholders.
