Responsibilities
- Develop technology, digital & IT strategies and derive necessary recommendations for action.
- Support the planning, execution, and communication of organizational transformation and change management measures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of company-wide strategic development plans (in the context of Enterprise Architecture) and digitalization roadmaps.
- Take over and be responsible for initial project management tasks in interdisciplinary teams.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (monitoring and evaluating new technologies, market and competitor analysis, identifying external cooperation partners, scouting startups, etc.).
Requirements
- Above-average academic performance in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, natural sciences/mathematics, or a comparable education.
- Relevant internships in the aforementioned areas and in management consulting are desirable.
- Technology affinity and enjoyment in solving complex issues related to digital transformation.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Fluent German and English (spoken and written).
- Enjoy working in a team, proactive approach, and high commitment.
- Availability for an ideal period of 6 months, starting immediately.
