About the Role
We are seeking a senior Data Center AI software product strategy and go-to-market leader to define and drive Qualcomm’s European software strategy for deploying AI solutions into European Data Centers. The role guides the introduction of Qualcomm AI Accelerators, Processors, and other Data Center assets, translating customer requirements, workload needs, ecosystem dynamics, and European regulatory priorities into product strategy, roadmap input, and go-to-market messaging. The focus is on AI Data Center infrastructure software, accelerator enablement, workload orchestration, inferencing optimization, workload deployment, platform readiness, and regional product positioning for cloud and data center environments.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the European software product strategy for Qualcomm Cloud and Data Center AI platforms.
- Represent European software requirements to headquarters product management and engineering teams.
- Translate customer, partner, regulatory, and ecosystem needs into software product requirements, roadmap inputs, product positioning, and go-to-market messaging.
- Identify where European requirements differ from global assumptions, particularly in areas such as data sovereignty, privacy, energy efficiency, cloud deployment models, enterprise adoption, AI governance, and public-sector requirements.
- Develop narratives for cloud providers, telcos, enterprises, sovereign cloud providers, public-sector customers, ISVs, and system integrators.
- Capture competitive objections, software gaps, developer needs, and adoption barriers from European engagements.
- Develop strategies for integrating Qualcomm AI accelerators and other Qualcomm assets, into Data Centers with established single or multi-vendor software stacks.
- Develop value propositions, positioning, competitive comparisons, customer-facing narratives, technical explainers, launch materials, sales enablement content, and ecosystem messaging.
- Equip European go-to-market teams with clear messaging on Qualcomm’s Cloud and Data Center AI software capabilities.
- Work with regional marketing and communications teams to support events, customer workshops, partner briefings, and thought-leadership activities.
Requirements
- Data Center AI and Cloud Software expertise.
- Understanding of how Software stack is used to deploy and optimize a large AI Model in a Data Center.
- Understanding of how AI workloads are deployed and optimized in a Data Center.
- Experience with AI software platforms including Inference, model deployment, runtimes, SDKs, and developer tools.
- Experience with AI orchestration frameworks, e.g., Kubernetes-based systems, Ray, vLLM, TGI.
- Experience with cloud-native AI software stacks, deployment patterns, and data center operating models.
- Experience with data center AI infrastructure including CPUs, GPUs, NPUs, and heterogeneous accelerator environments.
- Experience with Kubernetes-based environments, containerization, and workload management.
- Experience with resource scheduling, bin-packing, and topology-aware placement.
- Experience with model serving, compilers, and runtime frameworks.
- Experience with memory-aware serving, KV cache optimization, and multi-model serving.
- Experience with performance optimization across latency, throughput, and power.
