About the Role
This role offers the opportunity to lead design initiatives, manage FF&E and finishes, and contribute to strategic projects across greenfield and brownfield developments.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external clients to develop and refine design briefs
- Resolve design challenges and incorporate feedback
- Review documentation for new and existing sites
- Detail joinery, FF&E, and presentation boards
- Present designs to residents and stakeholders
- Attend project meetings and support delivery and fit-out
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and business cases
- Support internal and external design teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, suppliers, and team members
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in interior design
- Commitment to environmental sustainability
- Strong research, analysis, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Confidence in decision-making and influencing across teams
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino or Revit
- Strong Adobe Suite skills (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
- Excellent organisational and documentation skills
- High-level communication skills
- Workshop facilitation experience
