Responsibilities

  • Write engaging stories on businesses and entrepreneurs.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of contacts.
  • Monitor and report on business movements and trends across Australia.
  • Collaborate with the wider business team of journalists.

Requirements

  • Experience in generating own stories and breaking exclusive stories.
  • Strong writing, editing and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse complex information and present it clearly and concisely.
  • Extensive network of contacts within the business community.
  • Skilled with digital media.
  • A keen interest in business, finance, and economic trends.
