About the Role

The outpatient oncology social worker will primarily support patients within the Neuro-Oncology program, addressing complex psychosocial, cognitive, and functional needs of patients with primary neuro-oncology diagnoses, and supporting their families and caregivers throughout the disease trajectory.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within interprofessional teams to serve patients and the larger community from both a micro and macro level including both direct care and prevention.
