About the Role
Join the Enterprise Liquidity Parameters & Wholesale Funds Transfer Pricing (ELP & WS FTP) team in Corporate Treasury. This role ensures compliance with internal and regulatory requirements while managing liquidity and funds transfer pricing governance processes, supporting strategic initiatives and enterprise objectives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate 2LoD, 3LoD, and regulatory reviews for ELP & WS FTP, ensuring alignment with enterprise policies and standards, including action plans, timely delivery, and remediation.
- Serve as SME for the maintenance and updating of policies, procedures, and documentation for the ELP & WS FTP team, partnering with the CT Policy Governance team.
- Act as Risk Champion for ELP & WS FTP team, overseeing the management of controls inventory, including models, EUDAs, operational risks, and related items.
- Track and monitor 2LoD and 3LoD issues/findings, ensuring timely remediation in alignment with regulatory and internal deadlines.
- Lead end-to-end project management of the BAU liquidity parameter lifecycle and FTP methodology changes, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with governance protocols.
- Receive, log, and prioritize all incoming requests to the ELP & WS FTP team.
- Manage the team deliverables inventory, prioritize tasks, and assist SME teams to allocate resources effectively.
- Ensure adherence to appropriate change management protocols and governance standards across all initiatives.
- Centralize coordination and management of IT and manual change requests related to internal liquidity metrics and WS FTP.
- Oversee the development and documentation of business requirements for IT and manual changes.
- Lead and coordinate cross-regional BAU implementations, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with enterprise objectives.
- Review and endorse User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Post Implementation Validation (PIV) results to ensure quality and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in a related role.
- Understanding of liquidity management and FTP processes.
- Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, controls management, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication skills with ability to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven stakeholder management and track record of successful influence and delivery.
- Strong organizational skills managing multiple priorities and keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to drive implementation and manage delivery timelines, including process improvements and system implementations.
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset with strategic thinking capability.
- Self-starter with strong initiative and inquisitiveness.
- CPA, MBA, CFA, or equivalent professional designation (Nice-to-have).
- PMP designation (Nice-to-have).
- Proficiency in working with data and systems to support liquidity and FTP processes (Nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with RBC products (specifically capital markets products) and their impact on liquidity and FTP (Nice-to-have).
