About the Role
We are looking for professionals and evangelists with enthusiasm for cloud technology to join our team. You will gain unique insights into the inner workings of a large public cloud, engage in intercultural teamwork, enjoy flat hierarchies, and work independently.
Responsibilities
- Improve the platform architecture while taking IT security seriously.
- Design and develop innovative platform and software-as-a-service features.
- Be a trusted advisor for Open Stack-based public cloud technology.
- Perform hands-on work on a console to support architectural tasks.
- Consistently automate using common automation frameworks.
- Collaborate within a team of specialists with mutual support in an open and trusting environment.
Requirements
- Completed studies in a technical, engineering, or scientific subject, or comparable professional training.
- 5 years of professional experience in IT with a focus on modern cloud technologies.
- Very good knowledge of software, cloud, and container architectures.
- Experience in infrastructure automation.
- In-depth knowledge of Linux, system tools, and network-related services.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Knowledge of agile development processes.
- Mentoring and presentation skills.
- Ability to assess technical solutions and develop creative approaches.
- Fluency in written and spoken English or German.
- Must be able to work within the European Union to meet client data security and privacy requirements.
