About the Role
As a key member of the Security Architecture team, you will lead the design and evolution of enterprise security capabilities, architecture patterns, and technology roadmaps. You'll work closely with technology leaders, delivery teams, risk and security stakeholders to ensure security is embedded by design across Medibank's technology landscape.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and evolution of enterprise security capabilities, architecture patterns, and technology roadmaps.
- Work closely with technology leaders, delivery teams, risk and security stakeholders to ensure security is embedded by design across Medibank's technology landscape.
- Develop security roadmaps, architecture standards, governance frameworks, and risk-based solutions aligned with recognised frameworks such as NIST, ISO27001, and APRA requirements.
- Deliver enterprise security transformation or uplift programs.
- Manage stakeholders and influence business and technology leaders.
Requirements
- Experienced Security Architect with a strong track record delivering security architecture and uplift initiatives within large, complex, and regulated environments.
- Expertise across multiple security domains, including cloud security (Azure, AWS, GCP), identity and access management, data protection, security operations, infrastructure security, and risk management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence business and technology leaders.
