About the Role

As a Workforce Participation Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the region’s strategic approach to diversity and inclusion across a number of business areas in NSW. A key focus of the role will be to increase inclusion, diversity and social procurement outcomes across our projects, ensuring alignment with existing government policies and strategies. You will partner closely with Senior Managers to develop and implement long-term workforce participation strategies that drive meaningful change across the business. Based at our Alexandria Head Office, this role forms part of the regional People and Culture team and offers the opportunity to influence and shape sustainable workforce initiatives across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in leading, coordinating, and implementing a range of inclusion and diversity programs targeted at enhancing outcomes for First Nation Employees, Women in Construction, people with disabilities, early career talent, and people from culturally diverse backgrounds
  • Build and manage relationships with community and stakeholder groups to drive diversity & inclusion participation through both Fulton Hogan and our clients
  • Design, develop and implement training programs that enable behavioural change across the region and help to foster an inclusive workplace
  • Work collaboratively across NSW Project teams to promote and facilitate compliance with the contract Diversity & Inclusion requirements and targets

Requirements

  • Relevant experience coupled with demonstrated knowledge and understanding of diversity and inclusion principles, theories, and best practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for stakeholder engagement and working collaboratively
  • A commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging trends and developments in diversity and inclusion
