About the Role
Manages a production team, providing day-to-day guidance, workflow management, and resource allocation within a specific market or regional function.
Responsibilities
- Manages team members, workflow, and planning to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Trains team members on all aspects of the relevant production area.
- Supports, coaches, and develops team members.
- Analyzes and evaluates existing processes for continuous improvement.
- Serves as a subject matter expert on the relevant production area.
- Represents the department in the development and implementation of new systems and offerings.
- May direct the activities of an offshore production hub to ensure quality and timeliness.
- May provide direct support to client-facing teams or business initiatives.
Requirements
- Four (4) years of experience in an automated production environment.
