Requirements
- Prior experience managing a large format retail environment where you inspire and educate large teams
- A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to create MECCA-magic moments
- Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development
- Genuine care for people, and always striving for the best possible team member experience
