About the Role

You'll join the Credit Client Fulfilment team as a key player in delivering credit products and solutions across the UK and Channel Islands. This role puts you at the heart of client relationships—managing transactions from approval through to completion, ensuring we maintain both strong risk controls and exceptional client experiences. It's a permanent, full-time position based at our London or Jersey offices with 4 days on-site. You'll have the flexibility to work in an environment where relationship-building and problem-solving are genuinely valued.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review and issue credit documentation for transactions, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Manage transactions to successful completion and drawdown, coordinating across internal and external teams.
  • Monitor collateral and credit limits daily, promptly flagging any issues or excess exposures.
  • Set up new credit facilities in systems, maintaining accurate credit information.
  • Approve loan drawdowns and collateral releases, managing funding, disbursement, and repayment.
  • Support senior team members in managing risk for complex, cross-border structures.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in rolling out automation and streamlining projects.
  • Support compliance and audit requests through efficient data gathering and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Solid background in credit administration and loan documentation within private or commercial banking.
  • Strong grasp of control requirements and balancing them with efficient execution.
  • Excellent interpersonal, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently without constant direction.
  • Commercial mindset, genuine client focus, and excellent written and spoken English.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with consistently accurate work.

  • Knowledge of digital transformation and automation in banking (Nice-to-have)
