About the Role

As a Claims Appraiser, you will be responsible for reviewing and assessing the value of heavy commercial vehicles through photo-based estimating, maintaining a sharp eye for detail and prioritizing the customer experience. You will work collaboratively within a team, with opportunities for coaching and development.

Responsibilities

• Investigating, evaluating, and appraising physical damage losses.
• Effectively managing a busy day-to-day schedule.
• Providing a great customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of estimating/appraisal experience.
• Experience with Mitchell Workcentre, Mitchell Connect, and Mitchell Ultramate.
• Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite.
• Ability to clearly communicate with Claimants, Brokers, and vendors.
