About the Role

The Airport Driver transports cargo via 53’ trailer from aircraft to warehouse or vice versa, adhering to strict safety regulations. This role requires interaction with airline representatives and staff, demanding a customer service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Transport cargo via 53’ trailer from various types of aircraft to warehouse or warehouse to aircraft while adhering to strict safety regulations.
• Provide customer service to airline representatives and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass a drug test/ background check and be able to obtain airport security clearance.
• Must be able to lift to 70 pounds in confined spaces.
• Must be able to stand, lift, bend, push, and pull for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work outside in all types of weather and elevated noise levels within the airport environment.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules, which may be adjusted to meet operational demands.
• Must be able to work on weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and holidays.
• Strict adherence to company attendance policies is expected and enforced.

Skills

• CDL-Class A with hazmat endorsements
• Ability to drive a tractor-trailer daily
