About the Role

Trading Services supports the onboarding of Portfolio Managers and their teams to the Millennium platform, serving as a key point of coordination across asset classes, trading strategies and core business functions.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Portfolio Manager introductions, meetings and platform demos to support onboarding and launch readiness
• Liaise directly with Portfolio Managers and their teams to gather and coordinate new joiner requirements
• Document, assess and communicate onboarding requirements across core teams to help ensure day-one readiness
• Coordinate group transfers and relocations for trading personnel
• Manage portfolio setup activities for existing Portfolio Managers
• Support the team with onboarding workflows and launch approvals
• Oversee shutdown processes for trading groups and portfolios in a controlled and organized manner
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and process improvements that enhance the scale and efficiency of onboarding

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, dynamic financial services environment
• Strong organizational, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Confidence and professionalism when interacting with stakeholders at all levels
• Consistently high-quality work product with strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize effectively and adapt in a fast-paced, high-pressure and evolving environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and follow through reliably
