About the Role
Contribute to actively supporting our businesses competently and service-oriented within the Business Service Center. Responsibilities
- Support the management of international project and billing processes.
- Coordinate collaboration with internal units in Germany and international Deloitte units, prepare meetings, document results, and ensure follow-up.
- Create reports and analyses, prepare project data, and ensure a transparent data basis for informed decisions.
- Support the introduction of new processes, accompany system tests, and advise users on administrative issues.
- Ensure the quality of data, reports, and documentation through data validation, plausibility checks, and structured tracking.
- Develop existing processes, document workflows, and contribute own ideas for optimizing interfaces and working methods.
- Participate in cross-departmental projects.
Requirements
- Successful commercial apprenticeship with relevant professional experience or a degree in economics, business informatics, or a comparable field of study.
- Interest in project controlling, reporting, and process management, as well as in collaborating with international teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work with data, quickly recognize connections, and approach complex issues in a structured manner.
- Very good knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
- Experience with SAP, BI tools, SharePoint, or ServiceNow is advantageous.
- Very good German and English language skills.
