About the Role
The Erasmus+ Marketing Manager Brand, Creative and Content will lead brand, messaging, content and creative development for Erasmus+, ensuring high-quality, audience-focused communications across channels. You will be responsible for owning content strategy across channels, organic communications and storytelling approaches that build awareness, engagement, advocacy and participation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of creative campaigns and marketing assets that support Erasmus+ programme objectives and audience engagement.
- Manage and evolve brand identity, visual style, and messaging to ensure consistency across all channels and communications.
- Create and commission high-quality content, including case studies, testimonials, newsletters, social media content, videos, and campaign materials.
- Oversee the Erasmus+ content and editorial calendar, ensuring a strong pipeline of relevant and impactful content.
- Lead Erasmus+ social media channels, driving audience growth, engagement, advocacy, and brand awareness.
- Ensure compliance with British Council, UK Government, and European Commission brand and communications requirements.
- Provide expert guidance and support to colleagues on branding, messaging frameworks, content development, and creative best practice.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, suppliers, and partners to deliver high-quality marketing and communications activity.
- Monitor, measure, and evaluate marketing performance, using insights and data to optimise campaigns and demonstrate impact and ROI.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement by staying abreast of industry trends, audience insights, and emerging content formats.
Requirements
- Experience managing websites, digital platforms, content management systems (CMS) and digital tools.
- Experience optimising user journeys and conversion pathways.
- Experience using analytics to identify opportunities and inform digital improvements.
- Experience working collaboratively with content and campaign teams.
- Experience designing and delivering marketing strategies and plans to support programmes and products.
- Experience using analytics and reporting tools to monitor performance and generate actionable insights.
- Experience in the cultural, youth, sport, training, education, or charitable sectors.
- Experience working within a global or international organisation.
- Experience commissioning and managing content development.
- Experience conceiving and implementing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including paid media activity.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
- Experience supporting the delivery of events and webinars.
- Current right to work in the UK.
