Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support
- Collects requested data and information from various sources including email and other correspondence, meeting minutes and records, and other documents.
- Coordinates meetings and conference room bookings
- Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings, conferences, and other assigned events; takes and distributes minutes or other notes as requested.
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions in a timely manner.
- Welcomes incoming interview appointments
- Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
- Performs other general clerical and secretarial duties as requested.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented and professional.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Basic understanding of office equipment.
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as filing.
- Ability to work independently and reliably.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
Education Level
- High school diploma

- USD $25.00 - USD $32.00 /Hr.
