About the Role
As a Senior Manager in the Sydney Private Tax & Advisory team, you will shape and drive the business by managing the team, ensuring quality control, and delivering client services while pursuing business growth opportunities. You will also manage the performance, careers, and development of staff.
Responsibilities
- Support Partners and Directors in managing and delivering complex client engagements focusing on private tax, accounting, and advisory services for a diverse portfolio of private clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their family succession and/or business needs, providing impactful solutions.
- Take on leadership roles within engagements and client accounts, maintaining and building senior-level relationships.
- Contribute to growth and business development activities.
- Manage the team, focusing on creating great people and client-centric experiences.
- Act as a role model, inspiring others to embrace the company's purpose and values.
- Play a key coaching role to team members on engagements and as a Career Coach.
Requirements
- Prior experience advising private clients on accounting and tax affairs within a Big 4 or mid-tier firm.
- Strong client focus and high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong experience in managing high net wealth clients.
- Proven experience building and leading high-performing teams with a service excellence approach.
