About the Role

Seeking an Advice Coordinator to join the Bridges Advice team, supporting Practice Leadership with operational and administrative tasks. This role offers internal talent the chance to broaden exposure within Advice and build capability across multiple business areas. The position involves providing coordination support for meetings, training, onboarding, events, and projects, with high visibility and opportunities for skill development and career progression within Advice. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings, training sessions, teleconferences and webinars including logistics and setup
  • Support presenters and manage training attendance, feedback and CPD accreditation
  • Assist Practice Leadership with premises and facilities management requests
  • Coordinate staff and client events including venues, RSVPs and attendee tracking
  • Draft and coordinate marketing requests and support event planning activities
  • Support onboarding and offboarding for employees and clients, including system setup and stakeholder coordination
  • Prepare documentation and manage client/adviser transitions and communications
  • Coordinate project activities including data collation and supporting IT rollouts

Requirements

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in an administrative or assistant role
  • Sound experience or interest in the financial planning/Advice sector
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
  • Reliable and accountable approach to work
  • Provide evidence of eligibility to work in Australia
  • Undertake police and basic credit checks as a condition of employment
