About the Role

Trend Micro is transitioning from an endpoint security company to a leading AI security company. This role involves solution sales, focusing on the AI-powered security platform 'Trend Vision One'. You will engage with C-level executives and IT departments of large and medium-sized enterprises, identifying cyber risks and their impact on management, and supporting them from current state analysis to achieving their desired future state.

Responsibilities

Provide support and proposals covering the entire lifecycle, including targeted attack countermeasures, cloud/OT security, and security operations.
Collaborate with related departments such as SE, marketing, and customer success to accurately grasp customer needs and deliver optimal solutions and services.
Engage in strategic proposal activities based on existing customer relationships, considering customer characteristics, industry trends, competitor information, and cloud security/governance perspectives.
Visualize customer cyber risks and guide them towards defining and resolving management issues.

Requirements

Over 5 years of sales experience in the IT industry, or over 3 years of high-touch sales experience (with experience in solution proposals that solve problems).
Sales experience covering the entire process from new customer acquisition or new project creation to closing.
Experience in prioritizing multiple accounts and concurrently driving sales activities.
