About the Role

W Sydney is seeking a Beverage & Food Supervisor to assist in the daily supervision of operations for its signature restaurant, BTWN. This role ensures smooth service by communicating effectively between Culinary and Front of House, monitoring compliance with policies and local laws, and setting a positive example for guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Communicates effectively between Culinary and Front of House to ensure smooth and seamless service
• Ensures compliance with all restaurant policies, standards, and procedures
• Monitors alcohol beverage service in compliance with local laws
• Strives to improve service performance and sets a positive example for guest relations
• Assists Talent on the floor during meal periods and high demand times
• Complete opening and closing duties including set up and cleaning of equipment
• Monitors employees to ensure performance expectations are met
• Provides feedback to Talent based on observation of service behaviors
• Supervises restaurant and all related areas in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
