Responsibilities

  • Enable delivery outcomes for your squad, ensuring predictable execution and high-quality delivery.
  • Ensure the definition of ready/done and release criteria are consistently applied.
  • Maintain squad-level accountability, modeling best practices within your assigned squad.
  • Ensure the squad meets delivery commitments; drive predictability, throughput, and quality metrics.
  • Facilitate strategic decisions and trade-offs with colleagues and senior leadership.
  • Create transparency in delivery health; provide honest assessments and escalate risks with options and solutions.
  • Mentor Delivery Owners through coaching and Agile leadership.
  • Drive adoption of AI-enabled delivery practices; mentor Delivery Owners on AI tool utilization.
  • Identify and pilot new AI capabilities; share learnings with the Agile Delivery Center of Excellence.
  • Champion AI literacy and responsible AI use within delivery management.
  • Share learnings with peers and contribute to delivery practice evolution.
  • Enable squad-level delivery rituals, escalation protocols, and forums rooted in Agile principles.
  • Drive evidence-based planning and forecasting at the squad level.
  • Keep roadmaps, backlogs, capacity plans, and forecasts synchronized and actionable.
  • Lead retrospectives that identify systemic improvements; drive cross-squad improvement initiatives.
  • Model accountability by owning delivery outcomes and transparently communicating status and risks.
  • Coach squad members on flow, predictability, and metrics; leverage modern practices to accelerate delivery.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
  • Lead initiatives within the Agile Delivery Center of Excellence.
  • Develop delivery standards, playbooks, and best practices.
  • Share innovations across the organization.
  • Contribute to training programs and capability-building initiatives.

Requirements

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or have equivalent experience.
  • You have 6–8 years in Agile delivery, including 3+ years as a Delivery Owner or Scrum Master, with a proven track record delivering complex initiatives with measurable outcomes.
  • You maintain Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or equivalent certifications.
  • You demonstrate strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and experience mentoring delivery practitioners.
  • Multiple advanced Agile certifications (e.g., CSP, SAFe, Kanban) and experience leading delivery transformation or AI enablement initiatives.
  • Background in establishing delivery standards, playbooks, and Communities of Practice.
  • Experience in financial services or regulated industries.

Work Type

  • Hybrid Work Environment: 3 days a week in office required.

Salary/Compensations

  • 90,000 CAD and 120,000 CAD per year
