About the Role
AllState Sprinkler is seeking a Lead Fire Sprinkler Technician to service, inspect, and repair sprinkler systems for established customers. This role requires on-call rotation availability.
Responsibilities
- Conduct onsite emergency troubleshooting and repairs of fire sprinkler systems.
- Identify code and non-conformance issues.
- Interpret and apply NFPA 25 codes during testing and inspections.
- Perform Fire Pump Flow Tests (preferred).
- Prepare accurate, detailed, and timely service tickets and reports.
- Communicate with customers to explain work performed and necessary repairs.
Requirements
- Possess a current valid driver's license with 3 or fewer points.
- Have three years of licensed driving experience.
- Have two or more years inspecting and repairing fire sprinkler systems.
- Knowledge and understanding of NFPA codes.
- Comfortable working on ladders (6 to 12ft) and on lifts.
- Able to lift up to 70lbs, work overhead, and in unusual or small spaces (attics, crawl spaces).
- Well-organized with the ability to track service tickets and process required documents.
