About the Role

Our Officeworks Hornsby store is hiring passionate casual team members across replenishment, technology, and customer service departments. You will act as a customer service specialist, providing expert advice and representing the Officeworks brand. Flexibility across operating hours, including weekdays and weekends, is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great customer service is always delivered.
• Provide expert advice to customers on a broad range of products and services.
• Operate as a proud Officeworks brand ambassador.
